Different frame designs and sizes are available 6 to 8 weeks lead time. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a different size.

Shipping policy
Every item is carefully packed in order to reach you in perfect condition. Your order will be ready for shipping within 2-3 business days after payment has been received.

We ship our items with tracking once the order is shipped. Buyers will be directly responsible for all applicable shipping taxes and customs fees incurred. Once shipped, your item will generally arrive at your home within 2-3 weeks. However, please note that there may be delays in international shipping, which is beyond our control since we are not liable for such delays. Possible delays may occur due to custom issues, holidays, vacations, union strikes, and even weather problems. One must take such possible delays into consideration when placing an order. If you need your shipment to arrive by a certain date, we suggest that you contact us before placing your order and use express shipping. 

Gift wrapping and packaging
Each piece is carefully wrapped in multiple levels of bubble wrap and packed in a custom heavy duty box. If you would like the piece to be wrapped as a gift for someone else, please contact us to discuss any different wrapping or card you would prefer.

Sizing details
Most pieces can be customized in terms of size, and the price will usually adjust according to the square footage and weight of the piece requested.

Returns & exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges (return shipping will be on the client’s account).

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
You must ship items back within 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancelations
